On this project, I lead a global team of designers and developers working off limited requirements to create a tool that will allow an airline’s operations center to gain insights into the health and welfare of the airline.

The designs were tested with multiple airlines, and I lead discovery and research sessions at multiple airlines across the globe. The outcomes from these sessions lead to breakthroughs in designs and customer needs. By identifying where customers need more or less information I was able to set the design and testing strategies to move the project forward.
